About Sasquatch

A brownfield explorer with a modern, low-impact thesis.

A junior explorer unlocking value from historic mining waste rock and near-surface mineralization on Vancouver Island, British Columbia.

01 · Who we are

Disciplined exploration in a Tier-One jurisdiction.

Sasquatch Resources Corp. is a junior exploration company advancing a portfolio of copper and gold projects across Vancouver Island and southern British Columbia, led by the Mount Sicker Property, the former site of at least four producing mines.

Our thesis is straightforward: historic mining left behind waste rock and near-surface mineralization that modern processing and sensor-based ore-sorting can re-evaluate at low cost and low impact. We pair that with exploration of the underlying VMS and gold-bearing bedrock.

The Company operates in a Tier-One jurisdiction with road access, established communities and a long mining heritage.

02 · Our approach

Four principles guide how we create value.

01

Waste rock to value

Re-evaluate historic waste rock with no-chemical, sensor-based ore-sorting, turning a legacy liability into a low-cost, near-surface opportunity.

02

Brownfield, lower risk

Focus on past-producing camps with known mineralization and deep historic datasets, rather than greenfield grassroots risk.

03

BC infrastructure

Road-accessible projects near established communities on Vancouver Island and in southern BC, with power and services close at hand.

04

Environmental upside

Processing and characterizing historic waste rock aligns commercial value with site remediation and responsible stewardship.

03 · Leadership

Management & board of directors

Capital-markets discipline paired with on-the-ground geological depth.
