Overview

Slesse

South of Sardis near Chilliwack, the Slesse claims sit against the Canada–USA border, on the Red Mountain Fault Zone. The ground lies within 150 metres of the Boundary Red Mountain Gold Mine, which produced on the US side from 1913 to 1942, roughly 80,000 tonnes at about 17 g/t gold. The claims also cover the former Mountain Goat Mines on the Canadian side.

Sampling reported in January 2026 was striking: of twelve samples along the fault zone, ten exceeded 1 g/t gold, with the two best returning 700 g/t and 135.5 g/t gold, plus copper highs of 22.8% and 14.65% and silver to 121 g/t.

Slesse is a gold exploration project rather than a waste recovery one. Sasquatch holds 11 claims (~1,567 ha), with three more (~422 ha) under application, about 1,989 hectares in total.
